to drive the car all day afterwards and enjoy the TLC that

Just a quick note to thank you both again for being such
gracious hosts last night for our BMW Club Meeting and for
providing such delicious food. Our annual meeting at the
Bimmer Clinic is one of the highlights of the year and I
am always very impressed by your facilities.
Unfortunately, living in Glendora in the San Gabriel Valley
doesn't readily lend itself to using your facilities which
I certainly would if I lived closer. Your appreciation of
the trust and comfort level that you must give to your clients
is something most businesses should try and achieve.
Again many thanks and looking forward to seeing you at
future meetings.

It was beyond the call of duty!! Gentleman’s from
dismantling the engine – by systematic order, inspect
all the parts, re-order the new ones. Steam clean all the
immobile parts, reassemble the new ones, keep track on all
parts and reassemble by reverse engineering in accurate
measured metric scales, was Achievement in a Straordinary
way!
Ole! Congratulation to everyone of you! I salute you gentlemen!
The car runs great like a new born patient after the heart

Although I'm a member of the Los Angeles BMW club I actually
live 450
miles further north in Northern California. Coming down
I-5 this last
week to the Valley for a visit I developed a water leak
from my
radiator hose. I stemmed the leak with an extra hose clamp
on the way
down and called George at Bimmer's Clinic in Reseda. I explained
that
I was travelling and needed an emergency repair and George
had me bring
the car in the next day.
Not only were they able to get me in right away and replace
the hose
and broken fittings but they also identified a failing thermostat,
some
broken motor and tranny mounts and a broken fresh air a/c
intake that
they got my extended warranty company to pay for...all in
the same
day! They even stayed till late after closing hours for
me to be able
to come and pick the car up that day.
Thanks to George at Bimmer's Clinic I had a great trip
to SoCal when it
could have turned into a really big pain without transportation
so far
from home. Thanks George.
